Branching by answer
The answer to one question decides which question follows. Anyone who doesn't meet a condition never sees the questions that depend on it.
Funnels
A long form shows every field at once, whether it applies or not. A funnel asks a question, waits for the answer, and only then decides which question comes next. You build this path in a visual editor: you draw a connection from an answer to the next question instead of typing a target number.
Creating an account is free, with one funnel. Starter includes three, Professional 15, Business unlimited.
Each question is its own node. You set its text, answer element, and options. Available choices include single choice, free text, file upload, and an on-screen signature.
In the visual editor you draw a line from each possible answer to what should happen next: a specific follow-up question, a successful completion, or ending the process.
In the theme editor you choose colors, fonts and shapes, or pick one of the 13 built-in themes. The funnel applies it consistently across every question.
You publish the funnel through a profile page, an embedded HTML line, the WordPress plugin, a subdomain, or your own domain. Every completed run shows up in the studio's inbox.
Flow Designer
Each question is a node, each answer is a connection. You draw the line from an answer to the next question and see immediately which path leads where — and at which point someone drops out of the process. In the past, the same spot held a typed-in number, and no one could tell if it was correct.
Inbox
Submissions with a processing status and a note, free-text search, uploaded attachments, and the completed PDF to download. For spreadsheets, there's a CSV export.
The answer to one question decides which question follows. Anyone who doesn't meet a condition never sees the questions that depend on it.
Instead of a long form, people only ever see the single question that's currently relevant. That lowers the barrier to even getting started.
You see the whole path as a diagram and draw the connections with the mouse. No target numbers to remember or look up.
The signature element is included in every plan, even the free one. It's built for funnels that end with a commitment or a consent.
From Professional upward you can publish the same funnel in up to five languages; Free and Starter cover one.
Every completed run lands in the studio's inbox, with CSV export in a format German spreadsheet programs read correctly.
A sequence of questions in which the answer to one question decides which question comes next. Technically, every answer carries a target: a question ID, a successful completion, or ending the process.
The visual editor shows every question as a node. You draw a connection from an answer to the node that should come next, instead of typing a number into a field.
The funnel branches at the question level: an answer decides which question follows. There are no conditions within a single question, such as showing or hiding one field based on another answer on the same screen.
Yes. A form is built from rows and columns and shows several elements per step. A funnel shows one question per step and is steered by the connections between questions.
One funnel in the free account, three in Starter, 15 in Professional, unlimited in Business. During the 14-day trial the full Professional scope applies; the trial is activated in your account (credit card and confirmed email required) and then moves to the Starter plan.
