Complete Submissions
Required fields can't be skipped. You no longer get documents where half of the second page is left blank.
Fill Out PDF Online
The usual path is a form to download, a note saying "please fill out and send back," and then waiting. asksteps replaces it with a link: fill out, submit, done — and you end up with the fully completed document.
Works on the phone just as well as on a computer.
No downloading, no app, no PDF editing software. The form opens in the browser — embedded on your website or under its own address.
Large fields, the right keyboard on the phone, visible progress. Anything required is flagged right away instead of only after submission.
If the document has a signature field, it's set on the screen with a finger or the mouse.
The submission appears in your inbox immediately. One click, and you have the original document with all the entered information.

You can offer the same form in five languages — helpful anywhere not everyone involved is a native German speaker.
Wherever proof is needed, your customers upload it right along with the form. Attachments stay with their submission.

Then the submission isn't sent and doesn't show up for you. There's currently no way to save progress and continue later — that's one reason to keep the form short or build it as a funnel.
In your asksteps installation's database, along with any uploaded attachments. The filled-out PDF itself isn't stored — it's generated at download time.
