Someone who answers “under 18” should get a different next question than someone who answers “over 65”. You set those paths by dragging a line in the editor from the answer to the next question. So you see the branching instead of having to picture it. There used to be a typed-in number in the same place, and nobody could tell whether it was right.
Form Builder
Drag elements from the palette onto the canvas, arrange them in rows and columns, spread them across several steps. Required fields are checked per step. Anyone who forgets something finds out right away, not after submitting.
Theme editor
You can usually spot an embedded form straight away: different typeface, different colors, different corners from the rest of the page. In the Theme Editor you set that yourself, and the preview alongside follows every change. Thirteen ready-made themes are included, and whatever you make of them you save as your own.
Custom HTML
A section inside the form that you write yourself in HTML and CSS. A price table, a comparison grid, a note box, an input mask that has to look exactly this way and no other. Where the builder stops, you keep writing. Any fields you put in there are real: the answers land in the inbox like all the others.
PDF Import
asksteps reads the form fields from your PDF, builds the online form from them page by page, and writes the answers back into that exact document at the end. The file becomes a form, and at the end a file again. What you download is your original file, not a rebuild that someone would have to approve all over again.
